Stephanotis Flowers

Stephanotis flowers are a beautiful accent to bouquets, corsages and make a handsome boutonniere, but expect to pay a little more for these delicate flowers.  They are very sensitive to the oil from our hands, which will cause them to wilt.  The designers must handle them by their stem only and remove and replace the bottom of the bud with a water source, which is about the size of a toothpick.  Finally, the center hole needs to be filled with something like a pearl or rhinestone pin.  It is a time consuming and slow process – but really is worth the price difference.
