Quality Time

Are you spending enough time together?  I don’t mean being in the same house or same room.  I don’t even mean sitting on the same sofa!  Are you fully present for your loved one when they need you?  That means no phones, no texting, no TV, no computers, no games…  It IS about eye contact, you listening to each and every word without interruption or finishing what they were going to say.

You can help; especially on days that have been rough, tough and unforgiving, make it a point to “create time” (space) to allow them to share, unload, and explain their day and journey with you.  For them, your undivided attention is a warm, loving reminder of how much you think of them.

Mapping your language of love is something that we do with all couples that provide premarital and relationship coaching with, and we can help you too!

Let’s meet so we can understand your vision, priorities and plans.  Experience the difference of being married by a friend of the family and not a stranger!
