The event was a Friday night so we had lots of Catholic guests abstaining from eating meat. They were appreciative that most of our items were vegetarian. We have lots of vegetarian ideas for every diet!
The baguette was spread with Apple Butter, topped with Cheese, Apple and Prosciutto plus garnished with Watercress.
